Cyprus To Ban Online Gambling

According to a Cyprus newspaper The Cypriot government intend to end online gambling.
“Online gambling has spread across Cyprus recently and legislation has been approved to thwart it,” the report said.
“The government wants to regulate internet betting on sports, with companies requiring licenses and will ban online roulette and poker,” according to The Cyprus Mail.
“Under the drafted legislation, a gaming board will be introduced to Cyprus, who will be responsible for regulation,” said The Cyprus Mail.
